Answer Italian rep at VersaillesVittorio Orlando (1860-1952) was the prime minister of Italy from 1917-1919. He was regarded as one of the 'Big Four,' but due to Italy's junior power status vis-a-vis England, France, and the U.S., Orlando's claims for Italy were largely rejected. He was the Italian representative at Versailles.
