AnswerClearly the dumbest president ever is and will forever be Lyndon B. Johnson, 36th President of the United States of America.

I agree, LBJ. Our country is in some very bad shape because of him.

I disagree. I think that Grant was the worst he didn't accomplish anything while president but was an amazing general.
