Dwight David "Ike" Eisenhower was a 5 star General, who was Supreme Allied Commander of all Western Allied Force in Europe during World War 2. Promoted on December 20, 1944 from a 4 star General to General of the Army. A position represented by a 5th star. Eisenhower was elected 34th President of the United States of America in November of 1952 and took office on January 20, 1953. He was reelected for a 2nd term in November of 1956 and served until January 20, 1961.
