When Jesus sat down at table with His twelve disiples for the Last Supper, He raised the host and said, "This is My Body....Do this is remembrance of Me." As He did this, the bread became His Body and as He said Do this is remembrance oh Me, He anointed all the Apostles the first priests. So all the apostles where ordained the first priests!

Hmm . . .I think I would say that, theologically, the first Catholic Priest was Jesus Christ Himself.

It's impossible to answer that question. St. Augustine (4th Century) one of the preeminent Doctors of the Catholic Church was an African. Most likely, the 1st Catholic priest lived during the 1st Century AD, preaching alongside the Apostles.

Augustine was from North Africa but not black. He was fair-skinned as are most Egyptians, Algerians and Libyans today.
