Before it was the State of Oklahoma it was the Indian Territory, before that it was land settled by various Indian tribes who inhabited that area and beyond, then about 30,000 years before that, it was all nature, no Human's, and strangely enough, no flowers since there were no Bumble Bee's, which are native to Europe! For the first American Citizen born in Oklahoma, there probably isn't any record since it was settlers in those days, and the government didn't really keep track of that sort of thing.
For the first Citizen on record to be born in Oklahoma, call the Archives in the State Capital, and ask. For Native Americans, check with them, but they don't keep archives that are 200 years old, let alone 30,000.
