Good question, but I don't know if you mean the whole Bible, or just any part of The Bible. Or it could be the Whole Old Testament. If it is who used any part of the Bible, I would say Moses. He used the 10 commandments; they are part of the Bible. Someone else may have a better answer.
King James was not the first person to write the Bible.
What do you mean by the youngest person in the Bible? If you are talking about the first human the Bible talks about, than it is Adam, the first man. The Bible reference should be at the back.
I think it is Abraham that is called in the Bible a first Prophet.

The first person in Bible scripture noted to become intoxicated was Noah: Genesis 9:21...and he (Noah) drank of the wine, and was drunken...

Adam and Eve
In grammar, the first person is 'I' or 'we'; the second person is 'you'; the third person is 'he', 'she', 'it', or 'they'. In the Bible, the first person was Adam, created by Almighty God, in the beginning, in God's image. hahahahahaha this cool
