A scrammer is a term coined by Jim Carver to denote a class of people that are lower than the slime molds. We know that spammers are those that use the internet to push their marginal wares on persons without having any maketing knowhow. These persons have no native intelligence and probably got their computer from Joe down the street. He takes his tricks out of the annuals of con and downright deceit. Any methods are okay as long as he gets what he wants. (You can substituent he for she, I just write it this way to make it easier). And one day, he meets the spammer. So, spammer+scammer =scrammer. OK, that's it folks.
