To me Cleopatra is the least important pharaoh because she had almost everyone in her family killed not because she wanted the throne, but because she was just pure evil. And to make matters worst, she killed herself after doing so.

In Ancient Egypt, men were hard workers. They often were farmers or laborers, who had small houses and at least one wife and kids.
Monarchy - it had a pharaonic culture like Egypt and it was governed usually by a King / Pharaoh, sometimes by a Queen and it seems at least once - governed equally by a King & a Queen ruling together (very usual for an ancient civilisation!)
