Most contemporary sources would agree that either Socrates, Plato, or Aristotle ("The Big Three") would be considered the most influential Greek in history. Other prominent individuals, however, could also contend for such a title. Some of these would include Pythagoras, Hippocrates of Cos, Thales of Miletus, Pericles, Democritus, Leonidas I, Archimedes, Homer, and Alexander the Great.
