Kamikaze pilots where pilots in the Japanese air force most notably during World War 2. There objective was to fly into American frigates, destroyers and air craft carriers during the battle of the pacific. Each aircraft would be fully loaded with ordanance for maximum damage. Special Air Attack Corps: The biggest problem facing Germany & Japan was replacing experienced pilots. The US was large enough, by 1944, to supply pilot's, planes, warships, tanks, artillery, etc. to any friendly nation, and field enormus amount of firepower by war's end. The United States had so many pilots, that as soon as they became a high ranking ACE (5 or more aerial victories, 10 air to air victories was an ACE twice over, 15 kills an ACE three times over, etc.) they would be rotated back to the US, out of harm's way...often detailed to "war bond drives." Most pilots would have preferred to stay "flying", but when ordered to the US, they complied. Germany & Japan had no such luxery. Both countries were running out of combat experienced pilots. Combat experienced pilots LIVED LONGER than new trainee pilots: who either died from operational crashes (accidents), or combat losses (being shot down). AXIS (Germany/Japan) combat experienced pilots were being lost due to "attrition", becoming exhausted, being outnumbered 10 to l when fighting allied aircraft, rare accidents such as metal fatiqued wings coming off while in flight, lucky hits from ground fire or in air to air combat, etc. Training a pilot took months, during peace time, it took years. Kamakazi pilots were recruited, to save the "Motherland", to fly bomb carrying airplanes into allied warships that were attacking Japanese soil: Okinawa, and the main Japanese Islands. There was only enough time to TRAIN the pilot how to take off and fly the plane, little if any time was spent in training how to land it. The Kamakazi pilot wouldn't be returning, if he was successful (into crashing his plane into an allied warship). An airplane flying over a target and dropping it's bomb can miss the target. The Kamakazi would GUIDE his bomb to target, using the airplane as a steering mechanism. He would be the guidence system. In essence; the Kamakazi was a manned smart weapon. During WWII, the Kamakazi was the deadliest threat to the US Navy; sinking about 36 US Naval vessels, and damaging over 300 more during the Battle for Okinawa in 1945.

The best way to lose weight and build muscle without a lot of time to devote to exercise is through full-body exercises that combine weight training and aerobic exercise. Many fitness videos use this method, or you can try an exercise such as swimming that does this naturally.
