Then, in 1942, Mexico, The Phillippines, and Ethiopia joined the alliance. One year later during 1943, Iraq, Iran, Brazil, Bolivia, and Columbia also joined. Another year later in 1944, Liberia and France signed. And in early 1945, Peru, Chilie, Paraguay, Venezuela, Uruguay, Turkey, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Syria, and Ecuador also joined the alliance.
