There is no physical fighting in any of the four books Stephenie Meyer has written -- verbally, they don't do any fighting either. If you are referring to verbal arguments, which I'm almost sure you're not, then Edward probably wins, because of the whole "dazzling" effect he has on her. It tends to keep her complaints to a minimum :)

In New Moon no one wins, Edward leaves because he feels that his presence in Bella's life is a bad thing and leaves her. Bella becomes depressed and seeks a friendship with Jacob Black. They become best friends and Bella begins considering becoming his girlfriend even though she knows it will be nothing like when she was with Edward. Then after thinking Bella had died jumping off a cliff he wanted to kill himself by provoking the Volturi. Bella and Alice go to rescue him and after it is sorted Bella goes back with Edward. There is no winning between Jacob and Edward although once you read/see Eclipse it becomes quite the opposite. If you want to fully understand I suggest reading the series as they are much more detailed than the movies. New Moon is a very internal struggle for Bella and is best experienced through the book.
