The current President and Prophet of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (commonly called the "Mormon" Church) is Thomas S. Monson. He is assisted by two counselors and twelve Apostles. Church members regard these men as prophets, seers, and revelators who receive the will of God for the Church as a whole. Idividual members are entitled to receive revelation from God regarding their personal lives and families.
