Like every other living thing cats need and enjoy being outside. Building a cat house in ones backyard would allow ones cat(s) to enjoy the outdoors while keeping them safe within the bounds of ones property. Having a cat house in the backyard is also great for owners who are concerned about urination and odors within their home.
