It's likely that the panther may not win since the large gnu would gore the panther to death and the gorilla would hold on the panther's throat. This leaves us with the gorilla and the large gnu. In this situation, a gnu is not as big and strong as an ox or a bull is, plus it would run away from attacks. The gorilla has powerful hands, strong canines, and thick chest muscles, while the large gnu has those sharp horns, hooves, and some body muscles. The large gnu does not have enough power to stomp or trample the gorilla to death unlike an ox, but it could try charging at it. Thus, this would make the gorilla want to fight back by holding on the gnu's head and biting it with its teeth. Later, the gnu might want to charge back if it survived.
