In my opinion the fight would never end.... Hard question i might say Sam Fisher..... Jason Bourne is a trained CIA agent specifically trained to kill people with a weapon or his hands and feet. Sam Fisher served with 1st SFOD-D[Special Forces Operational Detachement-Delta] Delta Force and with the Us Navy SEALs for a unkmnown number of years. Then he joined the NSA's Third Echelon Division and was also trained to kill in many ways. So its hard to tell.
