In fact the prime ministers name was Neville chamberlain and he wrote a speech called 'peace for our time' and was very famous but not more famous than Winston Churchill's speech called 'we'll fight on the beaches' and that is even more famous than Neville chamberlain's but Neville chamberlain's speech is still awesome and very famous . if it was speech as in talking then NO none of them had speech problems. hope I helped
