I think if you keep your hand long enough in a freezer it can get frost bite, but no. You can not get freezer burn from touching a freezer. That requires a long peorid of time.

Food can get freezer burn in a day or so if left exposed in the freezer. Otherwise, it generally takes a month or more to become freezer burnt. If food is properly packaged, the risk of freezer burn goes way down.
