Water: causing your ignition to short out.
Replace your cap, rotor, plugs and wires. If that doesn't stop the problem, use di-electric grease to keep water out of any ignition components.

Check the temp sensor. Also, if the AC compressor is on the radiator fan will be on, so turn off the defroster and the AC.
