Frost plugs are fairly thin steel pucks that can rust through if the coolant was not changed regularly. They are fairly inexpensive to replace if you can get to them.
Have the coolant system pressure tested, the pressure test will increase the coolant leak.
hi
What are you asking? How to check for a head gasket leak? the symptoms include: sweet smells from exhaust real clean spark plugs because if the leak is in the cylender, the steam from the coolant will clean the plugs. coolant in oil causing the oil to be a chocolate milk color oil in the coolant or just plain leaking out from the head as in where the gasket is.
You have a coolant leak. You have a coolant leak.
I think you may be referring to coolant leaking from engine? engine coolant or water can leak from any coolant hose or heater hose, waterpump, thermostat housing etc, wurse case the head gasket is leaking coolant externally, need a pro to check it out
The coolant will normally leak into the oil or into the cylinder
Because some opening formed which is allowing coolant to leak out.
It's probably a head gasket problem.
Any coolant leak can cause an overheat.Any coolant leak can cause an overheat.
first determine where the leak is at if its a hose then replace the hose but if its somewhere you cant locate try bar's leak or alumaseal found at and parts store
Add coolant and then find the leak. u can add coolant with a dye in it that will show where leak is under a black lite fix the leak, correct fluid level disconnect battery for ten minutes to clear signal reconnect battery go for a drive
Yes, the water pump can leak if you do a coolant flush.
