timing belt probably
if the sound of the engine cranking sounds unusual, your timing belt has snapped.
It lost fuel and/or spark and/or compression. Many possibilities of the source.
have the cam positioning sensor checked
it is most likely your fuel pump
yes your timing is off
Check your map sensor
needs either a new ignition switch or a new starter solenoid
you need to change the fuel pump shut down relay
You should start your signal as soon as you start to slow down for the turn. Therefore, turns at higher speed are notified sooner than turns at lower speed. Source: BMW Driving School
possibly the timing belt is broken. thats not a good thing. however, there are endless possibilities like frozen fuel lines etc...
check the crank and or cam sensor, the problem was the crankshaft sensor
pickup passengers and no turns
