Had the same problem. Found a vacuum leak and patch that, but problem returned. Then sprayed the mechanism where the throttle cable hooks in. right on top near the back. That seemed to be sticking some, weak spring or just build up?
Also removed the floor mat so it was no longer rubbing on he pedal.
IT IS ADJUSTABLE BUT NOT RECOMENED IF YOU HAVE A HIGH IDLE THEN YOU PROBLY HAVE A VACCUME LEAK AND IF YOU HAVE A LOW IDLE THEN YOUR THROTTLE BODY COULD USE A CLEANING OR YOUR IAC IDLE AIR CONTROL COULD BE DIRTY
92 octane because of the high compression
There is no adjustment screw, idle is automatically controlled by the pcm.
Im not sure about a 92, but when it happened to my 98, i had to replace the Idle control valve. its generally about 50 bucks and is very easily done.
distributor shaft
Group 92
Rough idle lacks power
Computer controlled not adjustable
a piece of poo
yes no problems......u might have to change the fuel rail????or cpu??the 94 i yhink it is a veinos motor and the 92 is non veinos...
idle speed motor on the throttle body.
Idle slows down to a stall when you stop or slow down when AC is running. How do I adjust idle or is something else wrong?
