Dionysius Exiguus created the system of Anno Domine in 525 A.D., but it would not become popular or widely-known until the 9th Century, due in no small measure to the writings of Bede. The other side, Before Christ, would be known by many different terms - although all with the same or similar general meaning - and the specific modern term would not become popular until the 1627 writings of Denis Petau.
in 525 by monk Dionysius_Exiguus'dionysius exiguus' , pope john the first asked to replace the Era_of_Martyrs'diocletian era' for the western church
AD means anno domini, year of the Lord - referring to the year when Jesus Christ came to Earth and all the years since them. BC means Before Christ. I guess it was a priest or christian historian that created those terms, but of course no one is really sure of the year Jesus was born (nor the day) thus that division became useful to historians but inconsistant in its primary objective.
This miscalculation of the birth of christ

1500 BC Did come first because it is almost like a countdown to AD (after death) which is current (2010 AD)
Okay Will AD is older than BC because AD is very old not like BC
It isn't a question of closer to ad or bc, it IS bc. 3000bc would be -3000ad.
BC= negative number AD= Positive number
BC comes before AD on a timeline. BC or BCE means before common era, AD means "In the year of Our Lord."BC first AD after
yes. The Romans lived in BC and AD
BC comes first because BC means before AD and AD means After something cant really remember LOL!!
AD followed BC. BC stood for Before Christ, and AD after him (Anno Domini, "year of our lord").Note that this means 1 BC was immediately followed by 1 AD, with no "zero year" between them.

1034 years is 10.34 centuries. 1034 AD is in the 11th century AD 1034 BC is in the 11th century BC The first century AD was the years 1 AD to 100 AD The second century AD was the years 101 AD to 200 AD etc. The first century BC was the years 100 BC to 1 BC The second century BC was the years 200 BC to 101 BC etc There was no year 0 as zero did not exist as a concept when Dionysius Exiguus set up the "modern" calendar dates in the year designated 247 Anno Diocletiani which he calculated as 531 years after the birth of Jesus and so designated 531 AD, from which all our dates then follow on. (Zero was invented around 1100 AD).
Remembering that there was no year zero, it is 3144 years.
The last date of BC was 1 BC, then the first date of AD was 1 AD, there was no zero.
Okay Will AD is older than BC because AD is very old not like BC
BC : before Christ AD : anno domino
They first came in 55 BC and left. Then they came to stay in 43 AD. But remember that between 55 BC and 43 AD, there was contact, but not necessarily permanent contact.
It isn't a question of closer to ad or bc, it IS bc. 3000bc would be -3000ad.
58 years are between 30 BC and AD 30. The first thing you need to remember is that there is no year 0; the year before AD 1 is 1 BC. So the years between 30 BC and AD 30 are... 29 BC, 28 BC, 27 BC, ..., 2 BC, 1 BC, AD1, AD 2, ..., AD 27, AD 28, AD 29 29 BC through 1 BC is 29 years, and AD 1 through AD 29 is 29 years. 29 years + 29 years = 58 years
