It depends on what type or kind of animal it is, & what type or kind of entertainment you are using the animal for.
Well it depends on how they are used in entertainment. As, if you are talking about circus animals then some are treated crewel as they get kept in small cages and wiped if they dont do something right. So it really depends on what sort of entertainment. But i would say no not really as the animals were not made to entertain us humans they were made to live and be free....

∙ 12y agoYes! Animals are creatures that have feelings like us too. Wasting precious animal lives for fun is definitely animal cruelty. For example, young horses are forced to run at wind breaking speeds. These high speeds of running are too extreme for their weak bones and muscles. When they get injured because of this, the only choice left is to shoot them. Another example is dog fighting. The fight doesn't end until one of the dogs is too injured to continue, or even worse dead. This level of cruelty to animals is unacceptable. It's almost like The Hunger Games if you think about it. Innocent lives in danger for entertainment. Well, I hope I was helpful.

A little young infant orca being captured away from their family, being captured to work in some strange place, forced to do tricks, forced to entertain visitors. Having no family members beside you, to communicate to, to play with. This poor baby orca is all alone, trapped, sad!!.
