There are many reasons why dogs may hide under beds. It would be best to buy your dog a kennel or a dog bed if you find them under the bed constantly. Yelling, thunder and many other loud noises may scare a dog into a small safe hiding place such as under a bed. Many epileptic dogs cannot stand loud noises, or lighting during weather changes or when they aren't feeling well, being under a bed is where they can find darkness and silence to cure they're sickness temporarily.
