It is not true. Muslim women have full freedom to choose their own dress per their nature of work but on condition to have this dress in compliance with the Islam clothing rules that are:
- to have the dress covering whole body (including head, hair, and neck) except face and palms
- not to have the dress figuring out her body and sexy or private parts
- no to have the dress transparent in showing what is underneath or showing sexy parts.
There are thousands of dress styles and fashions that satisfy these requirements and in the meantime meets the requirements and nature of work for women.
