well the reasons to why your not losing weight is because you do not have a daily routine to which you have to have regular healthy meals an a reasonable workout schedule from your gym instractor
Some easy workouts you can do at home are walking, jumping jacks, sit ups, pushups and more. Just basic exercises will go a long way to losing weight.
