well the reasons to why your not losing weight is because you do not have a daily routine to which you have to have regular healthy meals an a reasonable workout schedule from your gym instractor

The best way to lose weight is to do alot of cardio training. So either jumping on the treadmill at the gym or an eliptical trainer will aide in losing weight.

You have to work on your abs, so either do it at home (crunches) or go to a gym.
