The base of a transistor is basically a diode wich follows an exponential curve at very low level it display an almost infinite inpedance but at hi lelvel any additional diode current will not increase its voltage drop therefore a nominal value is assigned of .6v to .7v
at full input, if the transistor is working, the value of capacitor will be 0.

This is a vague question. Which transistor, and what is the make of the FM trasmitter? What do you really want to do, design an FM transmitter or repair an existing one?
It is possible with an ohmmeter usually the can has a tab signify emitter. some plastics devices have the emitter on the right lead looking at the flat part. using an ohmmeter you may check for the two diodes inside.
at full input, if the transistor is working, the value of capacitor will be 0.
The work of a transistor is to amplify the input signal to get high output value.
The approximate value of something is an estimate.
The approximate value of 37 is 37.
cut off should be above 120 this is only approximate value
Collector-to-Emitter resistance is high when the transistor is biased off.
Why approximate? The EXACT value is 5.00000
Why an approximate value when you know the exact value is 90! To the nearest thousand, for example, it is 0.
The approximate value of the item is $100.00.

Approximate value, is a value that is not necessarily the right answer but, it is the closest one to it.It means that it isn't exact - but close to the exact value.
astable multivibrator type transistor is free running oscillator.so it has greater stablity . it can be varied by resistor and capacitor value
