Since God is Himself tremendously holy, everything connected to Him is also holy, including His name. That is why the name is used carefully. I will note that there are many different ways that Jews refer to God. The original name is Yahweh, which is too holy to every utter except under very unusual circumstances (i.e., it can be uttered only by a High Priest, and there hasn't been one of those for thousands of years). Then there is "Adonai" meaning "my lord", which is uttered quite freely. More pious or Hassidic Jews prefer Hashem, meaning "the name", rather than Adonai. The name Jehovah is actually a mistranslation of Yahweh.

What is one of the gods that Jews worship?

If you are implying that Jews have many Gods than they don't they only have one. The Creator has one true name which is represented by the letters YHVH in English. The Hebrew letters are "yud, hei, vav, hei". These four letters are referred to as the tetragrammaton and are a contraction of the Hebrew words for, "was, is, and will be". His true name was only said in the Temple and with the Temple's destruction we lost the correct pronunciation. In the Tanach (Jewish Bible), there are 72 different 'names' used for The Creator, these aren't actual names though, they're descriptions of Him that are contextual. In daily conversation, most Jews use the name 'HaShem' which literally translates to 'The Name' in reference to His true name.

The name of Hebrew god of luck?

There is no "god of luck" in Judaism and there never has been. Jews only believe in one universal God.Note: Some scholars argue that Ancient Hebrews believed in the existence of other gods, while only worshipping their God. Even if this were true, they would have viewed the other gods as foreign.
