Revelation 13:18 mentions "666" as the number of a man. Today, no one knows what man is being indicated, but many suspect that it refers to Nero, one of the bad Roman emperors. The chances that it refers to Islam are pretty slim. For one thing, the author of Revelation specifically states that he's singling out a person.

The question makes two assertions that are either without proof or are fundamentally contradicted by evidence.

Muslims are rebellious: There are no statistics that show that Muslims are "more" rebellious than any other group under similar governance. There are more rebellions in Muslim-majority country, but such countries are more tyrannical on average than non-Muslim countries. Additionally, most Muslims are law-abiding citizens of whatever country they live in. Muslims are more politically active in Western Countries, protesting more often than similarly-sized minorities, but protesting and lobbying are not acts of rebellion.

Muslims do not fear murder: While there are certainly militant Islamist organizations, by and large, Muslims oppose murder quite vociferously.

As for the Islamist organizations in the Philippines that have performed kidnappings, ransoms, and beheadings, groups like the Moro Islamic Liberation Front seek to create increased autonomy for Muslims in certain regions of the Philippines. They feel that they would not receive any attention without violent, terrorist actions.
