Bright colors are much more visible on the road. If you drive a vehicle that's white or yellow or red, you will decrease the likelihood of having an accident at the risk of getting more tickets. Orange is most effective. Why are firetrucks red?
Manufacturers figure the fewer accidents part is good for them, since it reduces expenses related to their possible liability. They don't care if you get more tickets, but mostly it's marketing. They they think bright cars sell. My '91 geo convertible is red. Kudos to Suzuki for engineering such a beautiful machine. 193000 mi.

All Geo Metros have a top marked speed of 85 Mph. However you can get them up to around 90 to 95 Mph if you push it. Dont push it as you can warp the aluminum head gasket that Geos have and then you'll need a new motor.
All Geo Metros use unleaded gasoline in every country. Unless you live in Africa which may have Diesel.
It depends on the year. 1989 - 1994 Geo Metros will usually get 35mpg city/50 mpg Highway. 1995 - 2001 will get anywhere from 30mpg city/ 45 mpg highway. If you have the super rare 1991 - 1994 Geo Metro XFI that I have you can get up to 60 mpg. These are all based on Geo Metros with stickshifts.

Yes it will. from 1989 - 1995 all geo metros (as well as Suzuki Swift) had the same engines. As long as they both have the same type of transmission and the same size (1.0) it will fit. Hope this helps.
