Children are not instantly given drugs for behavior problems. First, they have to see a doctor and blood tests need to be done. The behavior also needs to be observed to determine if there is a need for drugs or what the cause of the behavior is. Some behavior can be from food Allergies, poor parenting skills, and other causes. All of this takes time. The assumption you made is not accurate.
