Saturated fats (they come from animals and processed products) will most likely block your arteries, increasing your blood pressure and could, eventually, lead to heart problems. Unsaturated fats however, are good for the heart (these come from olives, peanuts, nuts in general, and some plant oils)
To start of with we do need fat to survive .It is important to no eat to many fatty foods though.This is because eating fatty foods can clog up your arteries and can lead to having a heart attack,stroke and blood clots.Eating to much fat can make you become very unhealthy and ill.That is why it is important to not have to much fat :)
Most harmful are trans-fats because they are do not occur naturally then comes the saturated fats.
Not all fat is bad but it can be some of the fat can cuz it will destory the body in many ways
