DNA is what codes for genes. Alot of DNA together makes a gene, and many genes and other sections of DNA make a chromosome. Lets say for example the chromosome is a cookbook, and a gene is just one recipe, then the DNA molecules are the letters and the paper. Not all DNA codes for a gene/recipe for example in the cookbook there may be some pages explaining kitchen tools, or how to choose fresh vegetables.
Yes, a gene does exist in some strands of DNA.
It's part of your DNA.
you my friend, are a dunce
No. DNA comprises the GENES in a cell.
yes
Yes.
genes
The parts of DNA that code for proteins are called genes.
Chromosomes contain genes which are segments of DNA.
DNA is a giant molecule, a string of nuclear bases that from genes. These genes are the code to make an organism. In fact every trait in an organism is a result of the genes' action and therefore the composition of the DNA.
No - only a small part of human DNA is coding DNA. About 3% of DNA is genes. These are the sequences that code for a functional unit (like protein).
Genes are part of DNA. hence they are composed of dNucleotides .
Genes are part of DNA. hence they are composed of dNucleotides .
Each chromosome has genes on it in the form of coded base nucleotide sequence which is part of DNA.
DNA is the molecule that genes are made of. Chromosomes are the (arbitrary) clumping that genes form in cells.
Genes are really part of DNA, which is found in the nucleus of cells.
The Cells hold the genes. Genes are a part of DNA, which is located in the Nucleus of a Cell.
One part of the DNA latter is made out of chromosomes and genes.

genes are in DNA
Genes can be found in chromosomes. The cell nucleus of almost every cell contains chromosomes and genes. They contain the DNA and the gene shows as a section of the DNA.
Well, Alleles are a forms of genes that can be dominant or recessive,a gene is a part of a strand of DNA, and a strand of DNA is made up of genes Hope This Helped
