That depends. If they act mean to you, but you catch them glancing at you and maybe smiling, then they might like you. If they are just mean to you and try to avoid you, probably not.
That usually happens in A LOT of puppy love. I know a friend that was in that situation. Or sometimes it means the "lover" doesn't know how to express themselves when it comes to "love" or "liking".

∙ 14y agoit depends. If he is going out of his way to pick on you all the time, he probably has feelings for you, he just does not want to show it. It is hard to interpret the male brain though so he could just be a big bully. If he is only picking on you, then he has a crush on you. - Mind you,if he is being really mean to you he might just be picking on you,so watch out!
