My mum said if you play the laptop or computer for too long or if you go on it everyday, it drys out your skin and you get old faster. And also, everyone knows it's bad for your eyes~ if that was the answer your looking for?

∙ 12y agoThe only laptops I know a lot about are Macs. They are extremely quick, I never have to wait for anything. However, if something happens to break down over time (for mine nothing ever has) it is costly to replace the parts you need.
In my opinion, the macbook is faster then any desktop I have ever used. They do get warm, but not nearly as bad as other laptops. Its also interesting that there is no fan in it. The maximum disk storage for my macbook pro 15" is 515 GB.
The outside casing is made of aluminum for light weight, strength and durability.
And to top it all off laptops are portable....have fun lugging around your desktop everywhere.
