I have lived in Australia for 8 years now & I am ready to leave because most Australians are rude, arrogrant people.
In answer to your question: Australians have a massive sense of entitlement to the land they occupy. The desperately cling to the notion that they come from a long line of outback heroes who toiled to develop, in their opinion, the greatest society on earth.
They see foreigners as a scapegoat to blame the degradation of this "great society" on.
The reality is however that there was no great society. Australians come from a long line of convicts & there society was full of all the typical issues that all other western societies face. To add to this Australia is built on foundations of the rape, murder & impoverishment of its original inhabitants, the Aboriginals.
So in a nutshell Australians are rude & racist because it's much easier to point the finger at foreigners for the so called degradation of a society than to look within at themselves. They are rude because there is a massive amount of guilt they must carry & will continue to do so until the open their eyes.
Prejudice and discrimination can stem from ignorance, fear, and a lack of exposure to diversity. It's important to remember that individuals' behaviors are shaped by a multitude of factors, including upbringing, societal influences, and personal experiences. Encouraging empathy, education, and open-mindedness can help combat such harmful attitudes.
Asians, specifically ancestors of Native Americans, are believed to have migrated to North America from Asia over 15,000 years ago via a land bridge that connected Siberia and Alaska. This migration likely occurred during the last Ice Age when sea levels were lower. Europe's exploration of North America began in the late 15th century with Columbus' arrival in the Caribbean.
It will be several weeks before data is aggregated & processed, but the VOTING stats suggest that 2008 US electorate (not the population!) was 73% "White" 9% "Hispanic" 2% "Asian" 3% "Other" 13% "Black."
Before the COVID-19 pandemic, around 10-15% of Australians traveled overseas annually for leisure or business. However, travel patterns have been heavily impacted by border restrictions and lockdown measures since early 2020.
Before you get to that stage, you would have to define the difference between black, brown, mullato, arabic and other such people. --What are the Maori, what are Pacific Islanders, what are Cape Verdeans ? - Such decisions were what made Apartheid so horrible and devastating in South Africa.
Ex Post Facto protects a person from being charged with breaking the law or committing a crime if they committed it before the law went into effect. For example if I committed a crime but at the time it wasn't against the law but they soon passed a law saying that it was illegal they could not come after me for having committed a crime that at that time would not have been a crime.
The Earliest Australians were Aboriginals, who have lived on the land for many thousands of years before Europeans ever stepped foot on Australian soil.

Because they were here before any one else.

The All Blacks played its first match at home, against a Wellington XV in 1884, before going on to play Australia and getting a record 8 consecutive wins
if it was in wales most of the people in the crowd would be welsh so they would go for their team and boo their opponents
Altogether there were about 600 'tribes' or groups of aboriginal australians before 1788

Before the Civil War times, blacks were not able to read anything let alone be taught to read or write.
There were no black presidents before Obama!
No. Kennedy was working on getting the civil rights act passed, but he died before he could get it done. LBJ got it passed.
