One issue is that middle school kids are growing up too fast, you get overwhelmed by new hormones and sexual feelings and you think expressing these is the way forward. However you become nervous and end up planning to kiss...you do not have to kiss your boyfriend at an early age...do not be afraid to say no - if you have to plan to kiss it is not the right time for yo but if you really want to and it feels right then that's okay.
