Doctors have for many years said there are big health benefits and that the risks are much bigger to get cancer, Aids, infections etc when uncut so many parents don't want to risk it and now it has also become tradition and many likes the appearance. I've also heard moms being scared their son will be teased in the locker room. The medical risks when uncut are extremely small and it's healthier for your child you just teach him how to wash and keep clean and use a condom when that day comes instead of making this decision for him.

And the risk of penile cancer is 1 in 100.000 and then in old men that have problems with sanitation bed riden for instance. The USA has a very high rate of circumcision and along with it a very high rate of HIV infections> while in Europe circumcision is relatively rare and seen as genital mutilation they on the other hand have a far lower HIV rate, not to mention all kinds of penile problems that are the result of being genitally mutilated through circumcision. The reason Many Americans are being circumcised is because they are being hoodwinked by their doctors. There is big money in the circumcision business including a market for baby foreskins.
