The heater core is leaking coolant.
The classic symptoms of a leaking heater core. Replacing the heater core requires removing the complete dash assembly.

A person would ride in or inside a truck, not on the truck. Riding on the truck means a person could be riding anywhere on the truck, and a person usually rides inside the truck. Riding inside the truck is more specific.
Ranger pickup truck usually has one fuse for all of the power windows. The location of the fuse can be found on the inside cover of the fuse box.
You need to remove the door trim. It's probably the connecting rod which needs to be replaced, which isn't uncommon on a GM truck.
This is under the dash and just to the right of your gas peddle.

check with www.lmctruck.com for a conversion kit. otherwise,find a truck that has them and remove everything including wires and switches and transfer it to your truck
On most I've seen, you have to open them from the inside.. either they'll slide via a knob, or there'll be a lever to pop the bottom out (and they'll be hinged at the top).
It should be under the hood on the inside of the fender. It will be in a black plastic box. The inside of the box should tell you which relay does what. If you think it's bad, swap it with another from a different hole, like for pwr windows or something. If the truck runs and the windows don't, the relay is bad. Hope this helps.
