take and bake whole pototoes in the microwave or oven till cooked all the way through. once cooled, cut in half and scrape of the insides of the potato. set aside the skins. mix up the white of the potatoes with shredded cheese and bacon with a little butter so it has a creamy consistancy. fill the potato skins and bake in the oven till the cheese is melted and thay are heated all the way through. serve with sour cream
