Why are some people always grumpy?

There is no definite answer as to why people are negative. It can be viewed neurologically (to do with a person's mental health) or it can just be their outlook on life. A Christian view could be that the original sin and God's punishment to human beings is the cause of negativity.

"Grumpiness" is mainly a state of mind. It can be caused by chemicals in the brain that cause a person to be depressed, or by chronic pain (which also can effect the brain) that reduces a person's ability to cope with other matters. Grumpiness can also be a sort of a habit. Some people learn to be "grumpy" and don't realize they are or perhaps don't believe they are. The grumpiness can also be a perception on the part of others. for example, one person might tell another that ol' Mr. Snigglewitz is a grump. The next person passes it on and on, so soon the general opinion about Mr. Snigglewitz is that "he's an old grouch, when in fact, most people just think he is.

it is either because they have something going on in their heads and they do not know how to tell someone so they get angry at them and see the world with hatred and regret and in general, negativity. It is a way to scream for help because in reality, they do not know how to do that.

Some people are so negative because that's all they know. They may not feel any positivity around them and they feel that they have to be negative.
