As a site supervisor, I actively search for what you term "lame" questions. Some are edited to make them easier to understand. Some are trashed, these are the questions that are unsuitable for the site.
A right cannot be edited.
No, questions that you edited before joining The Initiates Program do not count towards your total for the editing questions mission. Similarly, any questions that you edited whilst on a previous mission do not count towards your total either. It is only the questions you edit from the start date of your mission that count towards the mission. You can check how many questions you have edited by clicking on "My contributions" on the blue menu and filtering to "Questions (edited)".
Rinse and repeat.
That indicates that the answer has been edited since it was flagged (but the editor did not remove the flag, which means it may still require more work).
The questions are either deleted, moved to a catch-all category, or edited and reentered into the community.

The word or name stonewall can refer to more than "Stonewall" Jackson. It can also refer the the Stonewall Riots. This is badly worded question, but the questions themselves apparently cannot be edited.
Only supervisors can 'lock' questions so the answer cannot be changed or edited. It's a tool that's usually implemented when a perfectly good or detailed answer is being vandalised by successive contributors.
if your question is not specific enough for it to be answered then people edit the question before they answer the question.
Almost every answer that is flagged needs to be edited, and flagged questions are from every topic. Find a category and go to its homepage, find "flagged questions" in its blue side-bar, and find some answers you want to edit.
