sweets
are bad for you health-wise. But you can eat sweets and not gain weight as long as you aren't eating more calories than you need. Like if all you eat all day is a pint of
ice cream
, you probably would not gain weight.
Hmm stop eating sweets by... not putting them in your mouth... not buying them, getting them out of your house, Chewing Gum instead. Basically though you need willpower.
Technicallly it is not sugar which is bad for our teeth.....
It is acid that is bad for our teeth
WHEN you eat sugar{Rice.potato, milk, starch, corn, ice cream, cake cookie(are sugar too)} bacteria comes and eat sugar and leave a by product behind which is acidic or other words bacteria eat the sugar from your mouth or teeth and urinate or defecate there...the bacteria s pooh defecation urination is acidic which is harmful ......Acid destroys the enamel(strong coat)of your teeth and when your enamel is destroyed, you will have teeth cavity and toothache.
So eat sugar but immediately brush after that....Cocokola, Pipsi and soda are full of acid killing your teeth....even lemon and Orange Juice...Quickly drink water after lemon or orange juice at least.

it depends if you have had a good or bad day if you eat to many sweets it will be light brown to orange
Nothing but sweets, lolly pops, fizzy drinks, anything colorful and/ or bad for you.
No, because they rot your teeth and contain bad ingredients that make you go hyper!
In my opinion, I don't think they are very bad for you they just rot your teeth if you have them too often- like many other sweets.
