check fuses. check bulbs. check wires. If not any of those, good luck.
There are no front shocks on any Beretta. Shocks are in the rear. Struts are in the front.
The temperature sending unit for a 1995 Chevy Beretta is on the front of the engine. It is between the front of the engine and the radiator inlet/outlet.

it is most likely a fuse or at worst the turn signals and stop lights work through the turnsignal switch
