Religion is the personal ways to worship God or gods and goddesses. The very word 'religion' has been derived from the Latin 're' 'ligare' means link back or tie back. Now the question comes! What link has been broken? From where or from whom the link is broken? The 'truth everlasting' is that one where from the link is broken. What is that truth? The truth is that "Ever being is always peaceful and is abundant with love". But we, the evolved human beings, are struggling ever without peace and we have hatreds towards each other!!?? How this happens? We are bound by so many limitations. Our eyes can sense only visible electromagnetic waves named as light. But electromagnetic waves of other types are also existing. X-rays, gamma rays, ultraviolet etc., These are sensed only by some other means not directly by our senses. Our hearing is limited with a frequency range namely 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz. Same way our thinking also gets limited. A lay man cannot easily think about electric charge and the force between those charges. If it is so in scientific and mathematical fields, our thinking about big bang, the reason for such big bang and material which caused that big bang cannot be easily imagined. We have attained an evolved nervous system with which we can unveil the utmost secret of this whole creation. Instead doing that just because of such ignorance we become afraid of our own existence and try to save guard by doing so many plannings and preachings. Such plannings and preachings would certainly vary because of the time and region where it was originated. So, many religions come out and many more will come out. Even Atheism is a kind of religion which denies all the doctrines established by various religions which are mainly anchored with the concept of God.

Ans 2. Jesus prophesied that many would claim to be Christian yet fail to obey his commands and that he would reject such ones. (See Matthew 7:21-23; Luke 6:46) Some people would be misled by religious leaders who corrupt true worship to further their own interests. (See Matthew 7:15) However, other people would actually prefer imitation Christianity because it would tell them what they want to hear rather than the truth from The Bible.-please note 2 Timothy 4:3, 4. It depends on your definition of culture - culture itself is a hard to judge/define concept. Some might argue that indigenous cultures or culture linked to an ethnic or national background change because of external influences. There is a famous study (of which I am hazy about the details) of cultural influence in Fiji that suggests that Fijian women showed significantly higher levels of eating disorders after television came to the island. The external influence of western ideals, norms and values often change culture. As does technological advancement. Another example why cultures change is the fact that norms, values and attitudes associated with these change (can again be linked to external influences in some respects) change over time. Homosexuality used to be illegal in the UK, it was decriminalised in the 1960's and since then homosexuality has become more socially acceptable - you could also argue that divorce has become more common. Changes in the law and they way in which people go about getting a divorce made divorce easier to obtain, more people get divorced, it became less taboo. This is merely scratching the surface

If there is only one God (which I believe), then there must be a one religion for human kinds. well, then why there are many religions in the world?

many reasons:

1- some of the religion were intended by God to serve certain eras, and then be superseded by another. Example: educational institutions of the past ages could not be built like what we have today- because humans were not developed in many ways- mentally, infrastructure, and name it- the system has to develop gradually to reach today's level.

Likewise, God revealed to many prophets over the thousands of years different religions to fit specific situations until it reached a point where all religions should be superseded by one religion namely Islam. you may ask why not all humanity embrace Islam? the answer is:

a) Some did accept Islam at the time of revelation- because change meant a lot of sacrifices.

Let me start with this... Whatever you choose to believe is up to you. But since all religious writings ( such as the bible or the Qu-Ran ) are written by normal human beings, I believe that the religions are built in whom ever wrote the particular texts point of view. If someone believes that you should inbreed or go to hell and writes a book about it people begin to believe it. Think for a moment about the bible for instance. It's been around for 2000 years. Now think about this, if you go to school or to your workplace and tell someone that you need an cigar or a cigarette by the time it's gone by everyone it could end up with people hearing that you are looking for marijuana. People add their own little twist or change it completely. Therefore I want you to think about this, for 2000 years the bible has existed, don't you think someone would have put something extra in or taken something out? Some religious texts are even older then the bible. How much do you think they were altered?

So that if you don't think one culture is completely right you can feel comfortable in another. Your culture is your choice and no one else's. There are different cultures because there are different people. The world would not seem right if you had all of one culture. There are many different cultures because people want to show who they are and not all people are the same. Not all people believe in god(s) and not all people are one religion, not all people speak the same language. If there were not many different cultures our lives would be boring.

Culture is nothing but habituation followed by ancestors. Over a period of time, different cultures have been converted into different religions, and in the process forgetting the real Spirit.
