White Castle is a chain restaurant, so there are many White Castle Restaurants. If there are none in the west, it is because the chain does not support any restaurants there. This may be because nobody wants to open a restaurant in the west or because White Castle does not want to ship anything that far for one restaurant.
It's kind of like you can only find Piggly Wiggly's in the south.
