Hurricanes usually occur near the tropics. Britain and Ireland are too far north to be affected by them. They usually need areas of warm water to form over, which they have in parts of the mid-Atlantic, Caribbean and Pacific. Occasionally a hurricane that has come up along the coast of the United States of America may cross the Atlantic and head towards Europe. It will not be as strong as it would be before that, so the storm is not as severe. The north Atlantic is not as warm as the mid-Atlantic so the hurricane won't pick up as much strength.
*Edit* - If I may add to that statement hurricanes are usually non-tropical by the time they reach the isles; however Hurricane Debby of 1961 made landfall in Ireland while still a tripcal system.
The amount of moisture needed to form and sustain a hurricane can only be found over warm ocean water. So hurricanes can't form in any country, as they can't form over land. Hurricanes do not hit the UK because to reach it, they have to cross several thousand miles of relatively cool water. This causes them to degenerate into mid-latitude lows by the time they get there.
Hurricanes need warm ocean water to maintain their strength. The waters near New Jersey are generally cooler and cannot maintain a hurricane. Wind patterns also make it so that most storms that do impact New Jersey will have to interact with the east coast along the way, further sapping their strength.
Hurricanes need warm ocean water to form. The waters surrounding Ireland are too cold.
tropical storms only travel to britain, not start there,we had one here in Maine this summer and we are definitely not in the tropics
Hurricanes only form over warm water. Ireland is too cold to have hurricanes.
Italy does not have hurricanes. Hurricanes form over tropical waters.
Hurricanes, hurricanes, and more hurricanes!
Ireland's weather is mixed, but July is usually good. As you get nearer tot the Caribbean, as it is hurricane season at that time of the year, there is a small chance of hurricanes, but a cruise would avoid them and keep to where the weather was best.
Are there sirens for hurricanes?
There are no hurricanes on Mars.
I would say Ireland is one of them there is no Earthquakes,Tornadoes,Hurricanes or anything like that the only thing Ireland has is floods but in Dublin i don't think that happens often.
Ireland has a long history of agriculture, so there is plenty of experience. Ireland has a large amount of rural areas. The land is generally good for agriculture, parts of Ireland being good for growing things and parts of Ireland being good for raising livestock. Ireland's weather is good for agriculture, with both rain and sun. There are no deserts in Ireland and extremes in weather such as great heat or severe hurricanes or flooding are not part of Ireland's climate.

hurricanes can have tornadoes.

Yes, though most of the time they "landfall" as an extratropical storm. Hurricane Debbie of 1961 is the only recorded tropical cyclone to make landfall in Ireland as a an actual tropical system. It made landfall as a category 1 Hurricane in County Mayo in 1961.
