The red panda is declining because of loss of habitat, particularly as its range is being broken up into "patches" resulting in what biologists call habitat fragmentation. Need a link to the Wikipedia article to read more and look at some neat pictures of these cute little critters? You got it.
Giant Pandas are endangered primarily from habitat loss and from the fact that they have a very low birthrate. China has put increasing pressure on their habitat in the last century from population growth and land use changes. Also, they have traditionally been poached, primarily for their fur and skin.
There are several reasons. One is human activity-- humans have destroyed a number of panda habitats, cutting down trees and clearing land to build more houses, but driving animals like pandas into areas where they cannot find the food they need. (They eat a very specialized diet, of mostly bamboo.) Another reason is hunters and poachers, who prize the panda for its fur; even when strict laws protecting pandas are in place, sometimes they are still shot accidentally. And finally, pandas are very slow to reproduce-- the females are only fertile for about two or three days each spring, and unless the timing is right for mating, they have very few babies.
The giant panda is an endangered species. People are cutting down its habitat and this must be stopped. The babmoo forests in Asia are shrinking and with it, the panda population.
There are a little bit pandas because people kill them
Habitat loss and habitat fragmentation are the reasons pandas are now rare.

For the panda, very serious. Most probably, within a few decades all their habitat will have vanished and there will be no wild giant pandas left.
Pandas are endangered for two reasons:Their habitat is dwindling and fragmented by civilization, making it hard for the few pandas left to find mates. In the past, many people hunted pandas for their fur.
Giant pandas reside throughout a few places in China. They are critically endangered and there are more pandas in captivity than in the wild.
Giant Pandas have very few predators. Humans are their primary predators, though animals such as leopards are also predators mostly of cubs. The largest threat to them though is not predators, but habitat loss.
China, and i think a few other European countries.
In the wild - no. In zooz - Unlikely. Giant pandas are only naturally occurring in China. Very few have been allowed to go to zoos in other nations.
A big issue is habitat destruction. The giant pandas depend on the bamboo forests of China, but these forests are being cut down. Also, giant pandas have few offspring, and have them more rarely, compared to other species.
There are a few.1) Giant Pandas - the familiar black and white bear2) Qinling panda - a subspecies of the giant panda that is dark brown and light brown3) Red Pandas (also known as the Lesser Panda), not related to the giant panda

There are many ways that pandas get killed. People are cutting forest and they can't live with no home. They are also killing pandas for their fur. So that is why only a few pandas in China are left.
Giant pandas live only in the bamboo forests of China. Some people wanted more land for farming so began destroying the bamboo forest, forcing the few pandas to seek refuge higher and higher in the mountains. During winter the pandas move to lower altitudes in the forests where it is warmer but those lands were quickly disappearing. The giant panda was losing its habitat and had no place to go.
